The no of clients are increasing day by day and we need more va's to fulfill the requirements of the clients. You must have great communication skills. You must know internet research email handling data entry posting , commenting and blogging on social media websites , appointment fixing , appointment's scheduling and other administrative tasks. You also must be proficient with Google Spreadsheets , Google Drive , MS Office and other known platforms. You should be a quick learner and can work without any supervision once the task is assigned. There will be a short interview to categorize the va's based on their skills and then assign my va to my clients depending upon their skills , so you must mention you skills in point while bidding and also must have Skype for an interview with high seed internet connection and a working webcam for video call. You also must be open minded.
