I need someone to receive customer lunchtime food delivery orders (takeaway food business) within the hours of 9am-11am, exact time subject to change slightly (Australian Melbourne time zone), collating orders into a list, sorting the list to optimize food delivery route, and fax/email list back to our store so our driver can use it as a delivery list.
Details expected from a customer would be simply Name, Phone number, Address, and order - these will be Chinese food orders. All lists are expected to be completed and faxed/emailed to us by a specific deadline time each day (approximately 11:30 pm) so that our kitchen can prepare all the food in time for delivery by 12 pm. The list will also need to be organized in such a way that it makes the delivery route for the driver the most optimum. All orders will only be taken within a 2km (this may be subject to change) radius of the restaurant, so there shouldn't be complex route planning expected.
The work will be for every weekday, approximately 3 - 3.5 hours per day. Phone customer service AND daily reliability is very important. Speedy processing of a simple list is also essential.
