Lifesensors, INC. is looking for someone who can extract data from MS. Excel workbook and organize the information into a specified format. The data has already been scanned and stored in MS Excel. There are 70,000 names in the database and each name has an email address, first and last name, address, telephone number, fax number, and institution. Your task will be to extract specific information from the Excel document.

The project is divided in three stages and payment will be received accordingly. You may bid on one or all stages of the project. Please propose the method that you wish to use in detail to complete the stage that you decide.

Stage 1: Extraction of email address from the Excel sheet.

Stage 2: Extraction of first and last name with their title from the Excel Sheet

Stage 3: Extraction of remaining information i.e. telephone number, fax number, address, and institution. Payment for completion of this stage is

Upon acceptation of an offer a timeline will be set forth for the completion of each milestone, and you must report back to the company with completed work within said period in order to receive complete payment. In order to receive complete payment, all work must be done to 95% accuracy and according to the specifications set forth by the company.
