The project is rather simple and pretty straight forward. I would like to get a High-Energy Radio Frequency bug blaster (aka HERF gun - [url removed, login to view]) to kill bugs in wood beams. Therefore it's about modifying a microwave oven to get rid of part of the frame (where things are cooked), keep the magnetron, mount a basic wave guide metal frame at the end of the magnetron, and having a remote on/off button. Off course an old but still powerful mw oven could do the job.
I need consulting, ideally along with evidence from a wind flow analysis, for a relatively simple rural Sanitation project. It consists of a multi compartment Latrine (Toilett) that is built in Schools, which provide proper Sanitation to the school children. However, with this Sanitation scheme, called the ventilated improved Pit (VIP) Latrine there are factors regarding ventilation that remain unsolved und need looking into. Therefore it is helpful if an architectual basis is provided as well. The VIP Latrine functions through the stack effect and bernoulli's principle, so knowledge regarding these in relation to buildings is necessary.
Gas controller automation, system will have a pressure regulator with 2-6 pressure sensors. A solenoid and a dispensing hose. System will require rfid and to recognize tags. The system will also have a verification of pressure within the hose and will fill as long as the verification of volume equals or exceeds a pre entered pressure to verify from. The system will have stop points for pressure and when pressure drops to a certain point within the system it will pressurize to the stop point. The fill hose arrangement will turn off or not activate if it doesnt identify the programmed pressure at the a connection has been made. There will be multiple entries to provide a notification in the system should various events that occur that are not suposed to happen. A message may show as what caused the failure. The messages that me shown on the screen are a filling status with graphic. Also a graphic in the HMI to show remaining gas in the gas cylinder. There may be a chart showing the fill status as its filling. On The HMI there may be 6-9 buttons to fill a particular container. This may include a graphic of the canister. Features include a password to authorize use and System would function to fill automatically by RFID and verifying pressure in fill hose. If pressure is in range it will fill the canister. otherwise a message would indicate a particular problem. In addition while the system if filling if the fill is approved and fills and notices that the fill pattern doesnt match a normal fill in time the system will shut off . There will be a main screen with a cylinder graphic, a graphic of a container. There also may be a bar code scanner within the system. This programming is to be done on a Unitronics PLC HMI
