Project Description

OK - I need someone to do the framework of a quiz for me and I'll do the adding of questions and graphics later.
So the work needed is 18 pages of a quiz - and every page has simply - 5 radio buttons marked as value 1 to 5 - and a Next Question button. On the last page this next question button becomes a Complete Quiz button with the same processing of radio button selected.

Everytime the Next Question button is pressed the value of the radio button selected on that page will go towards a total and there are 3 specific totals - the red total, the blue total and the green total.

The radio button selections on pages 3, 4, 7, 13, 14, 17 need to add to a blue total.
The radio button selections on pages 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 need to add to a green total
The radio button selections on pages 1, 2, 5, 15, 16, 18 need to add to a red total

After the 18 blank sheets with radio buttons and Next Question/Complete Quiz button, you need to produce a final page which details what colour the quiz determines you are.

So work out the highest colour total and display the colour in a field (again I will do the artwork around it) with the following procesing rules:

1. If Blue total is equal top with any colour then Blue is the choice, the winner. Display Blue.
2. If green and red totals match - take the highest total of each and see who is highest. If still the same then produce text - No Clear Choice.
3 Check all colour totals on the following basis - if the gap between the highest and the next colour score is 10 or more - then the winning colour needs a "Strong" in front of it - so example they are Strong Blue or Strong Red.
4. If the gap between the highest score and the next is 5 or less then instead of Strong, I want the text to display "Mild" infront so they would be Mild Green or Mild Blue.
5. No need to do the Strong or Mild procesing in rule 2 situation.

That's it - no writing in of text, no artwork - just 18 pages with 5 radio buttons which display a value of 1 to 5. The user selects a radio button then presses the next question button and so on to the next page. The total selected by the radio button for each page goes to a total as detailed above with the red, blue and green colours. At the end of the 18 quiz pages - you display the colour with the highest number and also work out if they are Strong or Mild.

Happy to answer questions and clarify details.

Thankyou
