Mobile Game App to be Developed

I'm looking out for a well qualified, highly talented & experienced App developer for games with stunning graphics using flex builder/flash builder and help us while publishing the app. Should be creative in ideas & designing the app. We are open to the ideas too. Its a fun game which will have in-app purchases, push notifications. It needs to highly polished & should work on ipad/iphone,android,windows,blackberry devices.
