Shopping Cart Customization

I have a oscommerce shopping Cart template with CRE Administration interface and looking for a Designer/Experienced shopping cart developer to customize to fit our needs. It ia already installed and we have a list of pic/products to add to the shopping cart with pricing and product description. We also need graphics changed to reflect martial arts contents and tie into the site Martial Arts theme. Please PM for template domain. I am looking for someone who has good design concepts and can make this project their own paying attention to detail, fit and finish. This is a new shopping cart so we will also need alot of input and suggestions, SSL certificate installation and merchant account tied in to the cart. I would like this project finished within 10-15 days. If there is any doubt that you cannot apply the detail needed to complete this project succesfully and on time, please do not bid. Also, payment will be made in escrow, and will not be released until work is 100% complete and tested by me.
