Web site for a web design company

I am looking for a designer who can provide a professional unique design for a website offering web design services, based on a few example urls provided. The example urls will be provided only for a reference and they are not to be imitated or copied. The design submitted should be unique.

Please submit the MOCKUPS and I will select the designer whose mockup is approved by my client. Please do not use watermarks or any thing for your identification as we will own the copyrights of the designs used. You can be sure that we will not use your design at all, if it is not approved by the client and if it is approved, you will be paid before it is used.

I need only the design in psd file. I will select the designer whose design will be approved and he will then complete the site with approx 15 pages (+- 5 pages) with a contact us form. All content will be provided by us (excluding images).

PLEASE REMAIN WITHIN BUDGET WHILE BIDDING. ANY PLACEHLDER BIDS OR HIGHER PRICE IN PMB WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
