Making forms for word press linking to pay pal

We use word press and do organic garden and consulting projects. We want people to get a code and go to a word press page that walks them through a process of forms to fill out. We only have two pages involving 1334 hundred words for this current project but will have MANY more in the future and are looking for a long term relationship with someone who is flexible and available seven days a week, if needed with short notice. We have made these forms before and they are not complicated but we have run out of time. The main page is set up as a project. From the project page they will click on a page that list, one engagement letter page, one form page and one page they can pay through pay-pal (which we have finished). We want as few pages as necessary. You must counsel us on the most effective process. The reason we are writing today is we have deadlines and no one wants to work on Saturday. We understand, but we are under pressure to get this material online. You must also be excellent in English grammar and good copy writing skills as we will give you the form to be made just edited by us in a word document. We want these forms to look very nice, user friendly and have a professional look and feel. We have two simple forms made right now . We already have a form tool app on word press. Along with this we have many word press projects including a future make over of our site. John
