Project Description

Dear illustrators and designers,

On behalf of a new premium coffee brand we are looking for a designer who can help us with the product identities. We offer the world of coffees, the highest quality beans of various countries such as Kenya, Rwanda, Indonesia and Ethiopia. The experience of this premium product stands central in our strategy, the coffee and it's characteristics are therefore closely connected to the country of origin. Many more countries will follow in the near future.

Each coffee has it's own identity and needs a"face". An illustration should represent the country of origin, express luxury and be recognizable for our customers. Furthermore each illustration should have it's own character but on the other hand be part of a series of coffee. We thought of using african masks with different facial expressions, but are open for new ideas or suggestions. If you have any other good ideas, feel free to surprise us!

The coffee is offered in wooden barrels on which the illustration will be printed. (around 10 cm. x 10 cm.) The print is made with a mould so the illustration can only be printed in a single color, no lighter or darker.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced illustrator/designer who can think along and help us out. We are in need of 6, not very complex illustrations in total.

Later on in our startup project we are also looking for people who are advanced in Photoshop and Illustrator to work on our product (origin) photos.
