Project Description

We are a textbook company that goes to college campuses during finals to pay students cash for their used books. We need a new flier to hand out to students on campus to call attention to what we are doing and where we are located on campus (typically operating out of a van). We go to many campuses but need ONE main template (illustrator file) that our in-house marketing team can use to switch out the details that differ for each school.

The main message of the flier is "Cash for Books" although we also buy video games and that can be included in the header as a secondary focus. Information that must be included is a description of the location, the dates and times of operation, a website URL, our phone number and email, a small disclaimer, and our logo (sample info below). Our primary competition is Amazon as well as other vans that come to many of our locations, so we are hoping to flavor it in a way that differentiates us from what else is out there.

EXAMPLES OF THE INFORMATION that must be on the flier, in order of size/importance:
Cash for Books and Video Games
"At the Corner of Main St & College Ave (next to the Student Union Building)"
Monday - Friday, May 6th - 10th, 8am - 5pm
"Look for the purple banners and balloons!"
[url removed, login to view]
very small: "For more info call ____ or email ____. Dates and times are subject to change. Our company is not affiliated with ____ University."

The design should be bold, modern, and appeal to college students. We print large quantities in-house using black ink on bright-colored paper, so the design must be straight-forward in all black or grayscale. Looking to turn this around ASAP.
