Dear Sir or Madam: Thank you for the opportunity to submit my proposal for your project "Logo + Background Header." In reviewing your project description, I am certain that I have all the necessary skills to create a professional cartoon logo for you. I have taken 3 years of college, one of Art Fundamentals, and 2 of Animation and Graphics, and I have lots of experience in cartoon and realistic drawing. I also have experience illustrating children's books. If you would like to see some examples of my work, see my online blog at http://evil-onion.blogspot.com. If selected for the project, I would like to begin with a detailed description of the project from you, and then I can do as many preliminary sketches as needed to get the style you are looking for. I am an eager, young artist in need of work, and so will charge $200 for all 3 images, including initial sketches and revisions at no extra cost to you. Because of recent issues I've had with employers not intending to pay for my work, I will require payment before I begin any definite work.
