Target audience is rather technical. You have to keep this in mind. It would be engineers, technicians, managers.
Excessive use of graphics and additions will not look good. But additions are welcomed ( Bruker logo above looks good)

Tone of the logo
New website in tone and design similar to [url removed, login to view]
I tried to play with font (see attachment) but I am not a designer. 

Logo or website slogan will be most probably be: Accuracy, Precision and Reliability.
Extra points if you can improve it. We think Accuracy, Precision and Reliability are distinctive features of our products.
Logo has to represent this ( or any new slogan that you will create)

Format:
It has to be vector as I understand ( similar to Adobe illustrator) or high resolution. Logo will be scaled for the products, websites and marketing materials.
We should be able to add letters to the logo ie. INAM ->INAM CHILE or INAM INDIA. This is not strict but it is good to have.

As I understand this is creative job. Ideas might not come right away. I will consider any reasonable offers. If you can send quick sketch for the logo idea I will consider it.
