Storm logo - repost

I would like the logo in the attached file. I want one of them to be a NAVY BLUE thick outline and the other to be a WHITE thick outline. These images will become embroidered or screen printed on to jerseys. The final size of the images when printed or embroidered will be approximately 8" x 8". I need both of the logo versions in PDF, JPG, photoshop and BMP formats. So when you are done you will hand me one set of files with a WHITE BORDER and one set of files with a NAVY BLUE border. Clarify- I want two sets of files that has a name on them. Two sets that does not have a name on them. One set has a white border and the other set had a blue border. The logo will be put on a WHITE jersey and a BLUE jersey. Some will have the team name and some will not. Thus the need for the multple formats. This is a repost. I can't believe what the designer I hired did to this simple project. DO NOT ask me for any payment until I get finals in my hand. This designer gave me samples which I approved, required payment for finals and than sent me files that didn't match at all. And he's done it twice now. UNBELIEVABLE. I have attached the file I built for him twice to show him where he was wrong. Apparently he just doesn't care about fixing it.
