Develop a new iPhone application that can be submitted and approved by the Apple App Store for use by a work order management company. This application should also be developed for Android and Blackberry phones and should span OS versions over the last few years (iOS 6 & 7, Android 2.3 and greater, BBOS 7.1 and 10.0). The mobile application will interact with an existing REST based system and will rely on a preset submit/response interaction (detailed in doc). The app will capture location, record and save voice messages to the server as well as allow the user to take and save pictures to the server via REST transfer.
Graphic design of the app should be included. Only a company logo will be provided once bid is accepted. The logo will take up approximately 20% of the available screen size when shown and will most likely only need to be on the first screen of user interaction.
Several development iterations of the app may be needed prior to providing payment to ensure satisfaction that may include minor deviations from the original design. The iterations should be built into your proposal.
