Project Description

Experienced Graphic Designer sought for magazine layout. Must be adept with requirements for hardcopy publishing as well as conversion to digital e-magazine formats. We expect about 80% of readership to be in electronic format.

Must be creative, innovative, talented, and able to produce layouts and copy that inspire and arouse readers to travel and invest.

Background or expertise with unique fonts, and an art director's eye for high end stylized visual layouts.

This is a new publication and will be published twice a year. We also publish a number of magazine type brochures which could be future work if we work well together (we have at least 3 more to produce this year after this).

UnBound will focus on travel, investment, lifestyle with a PT (Perpetual Traveller) take on things - with out all the doom and gloom of the economy going to implode yadda yadda yadda. Think of it as a travel mag with investor flavour (Afar meets the Economist?) Instead of being luxury - some of the travel will be high end boutique travel, other hiking jungles, exploring remote villages and sleeping under the starts. The underlying current will be likeminded people looking for alternative investment, emerging markets and offshore business structures who like to enjoy life to its fullest without the fear loathing. More or Less 100 pages.

Must be able to communicative effectively, efficiently in English language. After English version is done, we will be using the same layout to create versions in Russian and Mandarin languages.

Please include sample work for review.
