promotional advertising for printing - open to bidding

Hi, The idea is to insert the photo of the coffee machine (attached mc1) inside a badge / vip pass (attached pss1, pss2) with necklace (the necklace that you put around the neck) with the logo Astoria (attached logo1) (black,and with logo repeat) On the badge there is the name of the machine : Plus4You - NEW GENERATION , the badge is black (background page color is white) that conveys the idea of exclusivity, 'access all areas', 'full-featured', a kind Vip pass just (do not write 'pass' of course) Claim (will appear on the page, not inside the pass): Special access to great italian coffee I propose to include in the background ('behind' the badge or other location) the shape of the cup 'latte art' (with the shape of the leaf for instance)(attached latteart) ---- I am a graphic designer and I've got a lot of works so I'm looking for someone who can support me with the works, this is a job for a my client, before I send you the files I would like an assurance that : You or others people will not publish the received files in any public way, and will not send the received files to anyone (pictures , logos, texts ...) and then you and your team are the only ones with have these files. And of course that will communicate directly only with me. Can you please answer to this email writing that you read everything and that you give me a guarantee that you will respect these requirements. After this I will send the files!
