Project Description

Hi,
Hope this descriptions explains what I trying to get from this project .. :) If you not invited please answer the question inside the description to make sure you read the full text! I will be very fast to pick provider but if you ask select me select me .. or send a long list of ugly websites that you probably not made as I get several use similar portfolio sites. Also if share a link to a none working site don't bother... also read payments terms.
I want you help me with visualize some site concepts. Read: taking ideas and visions (and dreams ;) forward to a clickable website with html/javascript and maybe even some light php if that can make it look more interactive. But else there is no real php coding here .. it shall only be a mock up/dummy site in the end of this project.. We prefer Adobe Photoshop (PSD), HTML5, CSS3. Feel you also have knowledge of web fonts as I am a bit more picky than I maybe give impression of and not happy if I not see some sexiness in the design ;)
Background: We are working with 3 large sites and found its hard to share concept and understanding of how the parts is connected like modules, data and functions but also to harmonize design, function and flow. So with this project we want open our “sketches”, visions and ideas to you and get back a clickable html version.
Part 1) A ongoing process but together when we go through the site first time we try agree on common structure, goals and global standards “spec/book” where we document in a Google Docs together and this will grow over time over the project! We don’t expect a long document that your old teacher will have by Friday with 20 full A4. This is about design patterns, functions and ideas that we try keep all over the site. And written by both us two both of us.
Part 2)
Step a) Share of ideas in written, sketches in PowerPoint and so on (on module)
Design, location/functions.
Step b) Time for discuss, comments and suggestions.
Step c) A draft version in Photoshop.
Step d) Time for comments and suggestions with revision of work in C).
Step e) A PSD in Photoshop that will not be pixel perfect but pretty okay to not make people run.
Step f) Time for comments and revision of work in E).
Step g) Building mockup in html that is clickable and with fake content. Preferred html5 and css3 and some parts may need some JavaScript and in worst case php. If you lack knowledge of those two we find some way to solve
We will in this project design for wide screen which could be 1280 px or even go up to 1366px but we should also in PSD ( maybe we also do a 1024px ).
I repeat: MISSION is to build a clickable version site based on our ideas together with your inputs.

Between step b) - d) or worst case e) or f) we will lock the number of pages needed for each module so we have already / done / passed before go step f). This include pages, connections and relation to other part like notification for module shall be identified and documented so we integrate it later.

Definition: a module can be example a classified, real estate, hotels, message or dating section / sub service and contain from 1-2 pages to 20+
(Question what is 9 - 3)

We believe you are a designer who love have be part and influence under the process to the final version and also being self-going and fast. You can be either student, freelancer or part of organization but we focus on speed and price. If find a person we find easy and good quality we open to offer a full time position either in your current location or with us. We a very small company with mix of boring suite guys in slippers ;) and coders but we lack design/UX/IA. We are right now talking about 2-3 of sites with between 10 - 50 modules and each module can be 1 to worst case 20-30 pages (I think
