Web Developer/Graphic Designer

We require the skills of a talented graphic designer and web developer to join our organisation. Based out of our Head Office in Parramatta, the main responsibilities of the successful applicant will be to provide high-level graphic design as well as a high level of web design support for departments of the Equiti Group of Companies. The Role: You'll be responsible for the following: Graphic Design Design and publish print and electronic communications material such as flyers, brochures, newsletters and other corporate documents and promotional materials. Production of advertisements for local media outlets in conformance with Corporate advertising themes; Design a range of printed and digital material including: e-newsletters, advertisements, signage, invitations, brochures, banner ads, PowerPoint slides and email marketing campaigns. Assist in the development of creative concepts and branding. Contribute effectively to the Marketing and other teams to provide design and web publishing advice to a broad range of work areas. Web Development Maintain and regularly update all of groups' websites to design specifications. This includes: Daily checks of site accuracy and content management Trouble shooting any content problems Monitoring industry trends and advising management of recommended alterations and enhancements Creating additional websites as required Marketing Social Media management and communication development. Editing and proofing of marketing material. Distribute marketing collateral with current, valid and accurate content. Organise and coordinate the delivery of conferences and event material. Your attributes: Highly experience in HTML and CSS A degree or equivalent work experience in advanced multimedia, graphic or web design Have a minimum two years' experience in a similar multimedia communications role Demonstrated technical knowledge of programs including web content management systems, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Experience producing digital and visual communication and collateral including layout, marketing materials, electronic templates, print and e-newsletters Experience using search engine optimisation/marketing and Google analytics Works well in a team environment Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills both verbal and written If you feel you have skills & attributes to be a key contributor in our marketing team, please use the "Apply" button below to send a resume, portfolio and an online portfolio of your best work or links to sites you've designed.
