I need a wordpress site done, very similar in some functionalities as [login to view URL]

My requirements are:

I want a theme installed where i will be able to add videos, i want a few different tabs on top also for videos or blog posts and to add stuff for sale.

On top left i need [login to view URL] really nice and clickable to take to home page.. I want social media and youtube logos clickable on top right that will take them to those social media sites..

This should be very simple for the experienced..

Who ever i hire on here for this job has the potential of working with me long term.. I am not looking for just job, i am always coming up with different ideas..

If you ask me to pay you outside of Odesk you will be immediately disqualified..

When i wrote Odesk i meant Freelancer..
