Design of SBC (Single Board Computer) based Missile Launching Computer:-

Software tools Q.T Creator, Fedora 14(OS)



Description: The main aim of the project is to develop a single board computer in order to
interact with Ground station and missile launching centre. Here we can operate multi range
missile systems such as Long Ballistic Missiles or Short Ballistic Missiles using ETHERNET cables.
Also the objective of the project is to monitor the different modules such as electro mechanical
motors, temperatures, pressures, Radar system before launching of the missile which is
operated up to 30 to 50 seconds. Here we worked on SBC Emulation board using programming
language C++ in order to interact and monitor the status of the [url removed, login to view] have also surveyed
on RS232 protocols which is used to connect all the modules of the missile to a on board
computer.



Image Compression Using Block Truncation Coding:-

Description: The main aim of the project is to compress the RGB image to Black & White image to the possible reduction size. We all know that compression of images is classified into two Image compression techniques namely Lossy and Lossless Compressions. Here we are using lossy image compression technique (one of the lossy image compression technique is Block Truncation Coding) to compress RGB(Red Green Blue) image. This is used for many security reasons to detect the crime related issues in the image considered.

Description:
The aim of this project is to augment the digital world with physical world for communication

with any P.S(Personal System).Transmitter section contains of accelerometer which generates analog output according to 3 dimensional movement which is then inputs to internal ADC of Microcontroller. After Processing the digital out from ADC within the microcontroller, the data is then transmitted Using ZIGBEE module. In receiver section the wireless data is received first & it is transmitted to computer serial port. Necessary settings is modified in the Computer so that GUI Pointers are able to move according to our hand gestures.

Description: The main aim of this project is to secure industry or home very easily .this system consists of sensors (lm35, pir, gas sensor, l.d.r (ir)) which monitors the area and gives an output whenever a person is moving at the premises. the output of the sensor is given to the control unit, when the control unit gets an input from the sensor then it produces an alarm also sends a command to the gsm modem so that the modem sends an sms to corresponding number which is preloaded in the control unit. This system continuously monitors the status of sensors connected to it. If any of the sensor gives the output indication that exceeds the mentioned threshold value, then microcontroller based system automatically sends the sms alerts to the user. after completion of the command implementation this system sends the confirmation messages back to the calling user.
