Project Description

One of the leading contact centers in Australia, with four companies within our group is looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of digital content producer.
You’ll be responsible for the management of SEO, SEM and social media for the four companies within our group.

Working hands-on with multiple teams and people, building relationships and controlling work load while prioritizing the most effective avenue for success.
You will need to be proactive, a good communicator and team player.
It is essential you have a good understanding of community management and social media best practices.
This role is responsible for driving efficiency and to increase the overall performance sites, landing pages and affiliates.

The role will include:
Setup/Ad copy for Facebook and Geo-targeting the ideal audience.
Posts will need to be consistent to engage with new and existing followers of the brand
Twitter account is to be synced with Facebook, so that all posts on Facebook will appear on both platforms.
Community Management on both platforms includes responding to user posts.
Forward contact details of research respondents that come through via FB/Twitter to the correct project manager within each company.
Upload information on any immediate/upcoming projects to FB/Twitter in a social media savvy way.
Support via phone and email and office location when required.
Manage/Rotate and Analyse ad performance. Also include monthly reporting.
SEM and SEO - promotion and increasing visibility.
Keyword researches – index our sites, develop keywords to generate and convert traffic, to meet our expectation of number one or minimum the top two placement.
Web analytic tools and HTML validators needed to apply traffic counters & conversion-related information.
Experience in creating imagery that fits with branding guidelines
Research new and upcoming trends
Develop innovative ways to share/capture information
Ability to write web friendly copy with an understanding of SEO principles along with excellent grammar and spelling.
Posts weekly on Facebook and social media, include status, photo & research project updates

Your experience:
Understanding of and experience using social and "web 2.0" – twitter, facebook, blogs.
We need someone with extensive capabilities in compelling content for online.
Knowledge of best practice cross-media techniques including new media principals and deliver content to correct specifications.
Demonstrated experience in utilizing web analytics and tools for reporting, including forecasting revenue benefits of new initiatives and ideas.
Pride yourself in delivering high quality work and can effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Advantageous
Working knowledge of AJAX, Javascript/query, HTML,CSS, XML and Basic Photoshop skills.
Knowledge of web design tools such as CS4 Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Creative Suite, Dreamwaver, Flash, InDesign and Illustrator).
High computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and database management software.

Based in Seaford with good public transport or onsite parking available, we are a great team of people and we would like to add to that.
The above role is currently being filled externally. We would like to work with someone who can manage this role and grow and develop with our company’s needs.
You must have some working, education or experience in the above role.
Affluent in speaking English is a must.
This is a contract opportunity that will be a full time ling term employment for the right candidate.
Must be available to work from our office location.
