I need an interior design done for a single storey bungalow house. The house has 4 rooms and one small maid's room. The house built-up area is approximately 3000 sq feet. I need some one who can design the layouts of all living spaces and rooms within the house. The design should not required any structural work except of the installation of built-in cupboards and cabinetry. The consultant should recommend placement of furniture, wall colours, fittings etc. Ideally the design needs to incorporate either chinese feng shui or indian vaasthu sastra principles. I need the hours and rate quoted and agreed upfront. The design needs to be completed by the 4th of May. The required outputs are a set of 3D design layout illustrations for all spaces and rooms within the house. No design is required for areas outside the house.
