I need a human resources person to assist me in hiring outside sales people. I am looking to hire 2 outside sales people perferrably with Janitorial sales experience with excellent comunication and a proven track record with a minimum of 2 years experience for contract janitorial sales. The candidates will be calling in to set up interviews. You will schedule appointments for me to interview pre qualified candidates. Qualified Human resources recruiters will have 2 years or more in human resources experience and have excellent verbal and written skills, as well as the ability to examine and determine qualified outside sales personnel.
