Project Description

I am looking for someone to compile a list of companies and contacts at companies within a 50 mile radius of London, England. The profile for these companies is:
* They have a development team using the Ruby on Rails programming language and/or
* develop mobile apps either or
* are likely to want these services.

For these companies I want contacts identified. This would be contacts relevant to software development for example the CTO, CIO, development director etc or the name of the person doing the hiring if from a job board. I don't want just random contacts like the CFO. For each of these contacts I want their name, email address, LinkedIn profile webpage address, switchboard number or if possible to acquire their mobile number. Each entry needs to reference back to the source for example their job ad or information showing why they are on target.

For this project I am looking initially for details for 200 companies.
A list of companies to exclude where we already have the details will be provided.
I am looking for quality well researched leads. I do not want to spam people with irrelevant information.

The mechanism we are using today to generate these leads is job adverts placed directly by the company on LinkedIn, indeed and other boards. Jobs which are advertised by agencies need to be ignored. We are also using LinkedIn geographical searches and keywords to identify companies active in these areas but not necessarily actively recruiting at this point.

The output from this project is to be supplied in spreadsheet format.
