Intro:
We have found a way to translate our real estate based industry into a monetized website that has global success potential. Our site and marketing plans are almost complete.

What we need / specifications:

- Theme: the site is a hybrid of social traveler listing sites and vacation rental listing sites. But it is intended for student & intern housing listings + lead generation functions for landlords. We have 20 years national experience in our industry. Please read the About page.
- Needs completion by professional. We have deep infrastruture now. Almost to launch but our existing publisher cannot finish due to unforeseen circumstances.

For a full understanding of the project – please request a Scope of Work outline. We will consider all propositions/[url removed, login to view]: The previous web publisher may possibly be able to provide technical guidance for you.
