The target website is "Penny auction", people can BID on items after purchasing a package of bids.

Any kind of promotion is ok,

but at the end it need to lead to SALES "register user and buy a bid package".

Just keep in mind that the target GEO is US and EU, so promotion somewhere else is not necessary.

Expertise in promotion of penny auction is a advantage to get the project awarded.
