Product: Online (Web Site) survey system to measure the level of IT management within an organisation.
The online tool is unique. The results have the potential to significantly increase organisations revenues, reduce expenses and reduce risks. Allows the organisation to focus its efforts in areas that need work.
Location: Primarily Australia but could be marketed internationally
Concept:
1. An organisation purchases access to the online tool
2. Then senior executives answer the survey questions (approx. 100 questions)
3. Report produced based on the results.
Depending on the results the organisation may decide to perform the improvements in-house of externally.
If externally then there is the opportunity for the same consulant to assist.
Clients: Any organisation that has more than 10 computers in a network, though more likely to be much bigger than 10.
Competition: list products provided against which to determine SWOT
Pricing: To be determined (interested in possible ranges)
Promotion: Facebook, Blogs, etc
Distribution: Direct by consultant
Licence to Business Consultants or others
