Needs Social Media Savvy in Twitter, Facebook, Tumbler, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google+

Hello! I own a jewelry business online and would like to start social media sites related to my business. I currently have facebook and twitter. I would like to find someone who can build the rest for me and manage all of it. I would also like to find someone who knows really well how social media works (like those college kids who cannot live with them everyday) and enjoy working on social media including blogs. It's more about traffic than getting likes or followers for me. I do prefer female worker since a female might know more about jewelry and fashion terms and how they work. this is not a one time job but on-going work. She/he would work as long as I have the business unless she/he has to leave on personal reasons. The person I'd like to hire also will have to write blog (short or long), event announcements on social media sites, monthly newsletter, or online press release for me, so i want someone who can write and knows how to get noticed and possibly SEO a little too. I'm guessing it will be more work at first because of the set ups, and then it'll be pretty light work everyday unless you have to write something long (such as press release) for me.
