I need a few simple adjustments made to an Android app which I have for displaying markers on the map based on search criteria (Eclipse). Basically, I need off-screen locations shown with rings and I have the code for this, it just needs a few tweaks to be applied. I'd also like a system which shows a group of markers together as a different marker when zoomed out. Again, I have the information/a lot of the code for this, I just need it applied to this app. A few other small adjustments as well but all are simple. Unfortunately I don't have any time to make these changes myself right now but I need it done fairly soon as it shouldn't take long.
