There was no WebGL in skills to list so I put JavaScript, upon Javascript to attract the right people as this job is 95% mainly .js orientated. Knowledge of WebGL really does help though. I have been working on this little fun project its near done as far as coding goes.. there are just a few improvement to be made... I am just too busy to mess around with it because I have so much paid work on. Off course you need a WebGL compatible browser like Chrome to view these. (But you Also need a crappy browser like IE for this job). [login to view URL] [login to view URL] OK that was the overview. Now the job itself should not take too long for someone who is competent in JavaScript. I did not take me too long to glue this together just 2 days in fact the Graphics actually took longer LOL damn Photoshop and other issues with the strange way they present in this script (backwards inside out)? Now one problem I have not got around to doing yet is the WebGL detect script issue. First thing to note it is not really that good at its job anyhow. But its works fine with IE & Safari (Version 5.1.7 on Windows 7 tested)... It does not detect Opera's lack of WebGL support and various Firefox browsers (pattern not found yet think its hardware) ??? - But the cool thing is I don't want it to detect then replace/add CSS and other elements into the HTML to block everything. SO #1 job is remove things like this: tdl.webgl.GET_A_WEBGL_BROWSER = '' + 'This page requires a browser that supports WebGL.' + 'Click here to upgrade your browser.'; //cut tdl.webgl.OTHER_PROBLEM = '' + "It does not appear your computer supports WebGL." + 'Click here for more information.'; The other issue I have I would like a preloader of images.. I have optimized the images down as far as I can, but i would like a touch more speed. I also desire random sets of images instead of one,,,, basically I would just like to try this as an experiment (so keep 2 versions please): function setupSkybox() { var textures = { skybox: [login to view URL]([ 'img/bg/[login to view URL]', 'img/bg/[login to view URL]', 'img/bg/[login to view URL]', 'img/bg/[login to view URL]', 'img/bg/[login to view URL]', 'img/bg/[login to view URL]']) }; Another issue is (I guess this is actually out scope).....is when you load a new page it loads again (however there a bit of cache?) I would like the object to remain and object... this is a talking point. might be in the too hard basket.
