We are a team of economists at Columbia University.

We would like you to modify existing code (or write code from scratch) that creates an interactive survey question. Respondents in Qualtrics move a "slider" to indicate their preferences. We want a basic graphic (pie chart or bar chart) to update in real time, reflecting the position of the slider.

Essentially, we want to modify the example in the link below to allow for a slider instead of having respondents type in numbers:
