Project Description

We would like a module for Joomla 2.5.x as a zip file ready to install.

Function:

Two images is shown beside each other. When published the logged in users can vote for the image they like best and the results is shown bellow.

Backend:

The webmaster should be able to select two images from the images folder.
A cropped image of both selected images must be shown when selected in the module backend.

A text fields must be available for each image, so the admin can write some text that will appear bellow the image in the frontend.

A definition of how long this text must be has to be set in the module backend. Eg. 100 characters.

It should be possible to select both if the admin wants the votes shown (in frontend) as amount of clicks and/or as % of the total.

Frontend:

The two images are shown in frontend for the LOGGED IN users only to vote for the image they like best.
Vote is activated when the logged in user click on the image.
The vote results must only be visible to the logged in users.

Images are placed beside each other with a [vs] image or text between them.

Images must be cropped with php so the images have the same size in width and height. The crop must be done by the size it meets first (either width or height of the original image) and crop the rest.

Size of the images must fit into the width of the module (with a litle spacing), no matter the width of the module.

Text for each image must be shown bellow with crop text eg. (Here is some image text…)

Please provide css classes for us to style the module.

Files:

See attached image of the frontend.
