Field Officer for aid projects

I need someone with impeccable integrity who can liaise with their local community and grassroots organisations to secure small scale aid projects that can be posted on our crowdfunding website - [login to view URL] - for people to donate towards. In order to get the site started and to market it to donors we need the successful freelancer to secure a minimum of 8 projects. This will involve either contacting deserving members of your community directly or contacting grassroots community organisations and getting them to list projects on behalf of members of your community. Note: please view the website and the existing projects before bidding so you know what is required in terms of the projects. When bidding please provide a brief plan of how you intend to carry out this project to a successful conclusion.
