I am a computer programmer and have extensive background in programming with respect to biophysics, statistical modeling, genomics, etc. I've had several courses which used Matlab, so I am familiar with the language and the expectations of course-work (comments, etc.). I'm also a native english speaker so there is not going to be any ambiguity with my work. Also, I've looked over the proposal and can have it complete by sometime in Tuesday. If you move fast, I could maybe even bang it out Monday night.
