What I need is fairly basic, I am attaching a paper published on Recursive Converging Quartiles data aggregation technique as proposed to be applied in Wireless sensor network. I need someone to simulate the data flow across the sensory node to cluster heads and gateway (Don't want the pcb design or detailed internal architecture). Refer to Page 4, ref#3. Figs 1,2,3 & 4 The architecture would basically replicate figure 4 (this level of detail is fine) and can be used to form node, clusterhead and gateway. we can then depict flow of data with and without RCQ through the network I will need the following from the project ; 1. Matlab .m files with comments 2. Simulink 3. Project report Budget for the project is 150 USD Time duration is 7 Days

For my BS degree I developed a wireless sensor network with dataminingalgorithms and RCQ algorithms for habit monitoring . I propose to increase the energy efficiency of the sensors, the RCQ algorithm must be implemented directly on the sensors, and would reduce transmission and increase battery life. Also need to know what kind of communication between the central unit and the sensors you want to implement on the simulation and how you want to organize the data once acquired (Table: Time, zone, sensorID, Battery,Measure, etc).
