We need to confirm the geometric design of a hybrid drive in a automotive application of a torque split type gear train preferably using "kisssoft" software. Only recognized gear design software will be considered. Specifically, using a cad package to do a geometry fit is not a acceptable solution. The requirement is limited to freelancers who have access to recognized gear design packages design that do ISO/Agma gear design etc designs.

Background: Conventional gearbox design software can deal with the conventional planetary type design and the spur gear type , but does not deal with the 'twinned planet type design' and the approach to this question is part of the evaluation of the project.

The basic layout of the gearbox is known and this is a design verification process . There are three designs, all used in a power split differential configuration. 1) The first design is a conventional planetary design, then2) the next design is a 'twin planet' type torque split device and3) the last is spur gear differential type torque split.

the contractor will be given the load/frequency tables and some general geometric parameters. It will be expected to supply the output from the gear design program such as geometry, gear design tables and bearing loads that gear design software supplies for feeding back into the cad model and for manufacture.
