I am building a Microsoft Access Database for my volunteer Search & Rescue Group. I need the database to: track each members' contact information, qualifications, etc and record and track their volunteer hours. From it I will need queries to create different phone lists and reports summarizing and breaking down volunteer hours.

I have already created a table and form for their contact and qualification information (with my very basic knowledge of Access)

This job will focus on creating the databases and forms to input and track their volunteer hours. Volunteer hours will be specific types (examples, but not limited to, - tasks, meetings, training, administrative, community events, etc. I will need the ability to add to this list of choices as necessary.

Ideally, the form used to input these hours will allow me to input: member names (multiple names hopefully so I am not doing a separate entry for each member who was in attendance), number of hours, types of hours, date, and an open text description field.

I also need to show each individual member's hours breakdown and total on their form (I have created a page on the form already to place this) as well as have queries to run reports such as year to date total hours, year to date monthly totals, etc.

The attached file is a recent version of my project as an example - but do not use it for the actual project - I will supply an updated one when necessary.
