Below are the basics of what we would like the program to include. Uploading information from excel should be easy to do. Feel free to ask questions and provide your previous Microsoft access sample work.

Basics: Order Number, Date, Subtotal, Total, Receive & Pay button to confirm, Additional Information Field

Extras: Ability to scan a serial or UPC and have the Item Number automatically generate as a match

Extras: Non-Vendor Costs/Commission field to incorporate this cost into the average unit cost

~ everything to auto populate in correlating summary fields and show history of doing so +/- stock into an Inventory Summary Page showing Item Number, Description, Location, Quantity and current average costing. Summary fields are able to be manually changed if inventory adjustments are needed

Inventory to always be manipulated and organized by 1. Item number (stock option) 2. Manufacture brand 3. Model 4. Quantity 5. Days in inventory

~ ability to upload all existing data on an excel document to input on both inventory and sales sides, this will be used weekly for inputting our ecommerce sales
