Tutorial and Test Apps

I need to have an Android apps skeleton while I will put the contents (text) myself. Initial page will have multiple options: 1. Math Tutorial 2. English Tutorial etc. Then each click will have similar stuffs such as 1. READ 2. TEST. By clicking on read, users will be able to read the whole books, chapters by chapters. On the READ, there will be chapters manu while user can navigate chapters by chapters nicely, has to be very user friendly. By clicking on TEST users will be able to take a multiple choice test, there will have four choices, users will be able to answer all four or one. Correct answer could be more than one. Answers would be saved in the database. (SQL Lite). At the bottom of each question, there will be answer button then flip the window where it shows the answer with explanation which could be two pages long and also can LINK to book chapters related to the answer. While submitting the project, make sure you have dummy chapters and dummy questions and provide the instructions where to put my contents. I am a programmer myself and will be able to figure out rest of it. This app will update automatically. Initially I need for ANDROID, however, after finishing this I will eventually need for IPhone as well.
