Need a pretty simple app. The app needs to look at data from this website: [url removed, login to view] and display it like the screenshot.
The app should not drain battery life. Should load very quick. The information should be updated every five minutes automatically, but the app should have a "refresh" button to pull it immediately. The user should be able to set one or multiple hospitals to play a sound, should that hospital go on a color.
