Project Description

Hi all and thanks in advance for reading,

I would like a dev to help in the creation of a card game for Android (and eventually iOS too).

The premise is simple, the game is similar to UNO (but with a regular deck of cards and some different rules).

The main thing is that I want users to be able to add other users as players in the game. Eg. Adam starts a new game and adds Bob and Cassandra. Bob and Cassandra would get notifications on their handset/tablets, would accept the game and the cards would be dealt. The person starting the game is the dealer, the first person they added is the first player to actually take a turn. Users should be able to play a turn regardless of their internet connection - however they would need to go online for their turn to be registered to everyone else. So Bob is in the office without internet connection, he plays his turn. When he walks outside for lunch the turn is transmitted and Adam and Cassandra then get notifications.

There are a number of other little ideas I have had, but from discussions I've had already the turn transmitting aspect is the most complicated part of the game to develop.

I have already written the game rules and some ideas up - am simply looking for someone who can assist with the coding and development, as this is not my area of expertise. Eventually, if the game proves a success I would like it to be developed for iOS too, and for users to be able to add each other to games regardless of OS.

Please get back to me if this is something you believe you can help with. Budget is negotiable upon discussion.

Hope to hear from you soon!
