Media Streaming iPhone App & server app

I am searching for an iPhone developer who can develop a Media Streaming App and server for me. The app connects to the server, which is installed on a computer. Through this connection the app can stream the music, video and pictures files (which are located on the home PC) from the computer to the iPhone App. Both the App and Server need to be developed. I've added a list of functionalities to get an idea. I need the server app for Win & OSX. This app needs to be finished in one month.
