The application's basic function is to collect information from a user and then transmit that data to an email. The information would be regarding property details at a single location, with the option of adding additional buildings.

App would allow user to create a profile with:
*Name (text)
*Company Name (text)
*Email Address (text)
*# of Buildings (number)

Form's 1st page to collect:
*Named Insured (text)
*Expiration Date (date)
*New or Renewal (user picks one)

Form's 2nd page to collect:
Type (5 choice dropdown)
Location Name (text)
Street Address (text)
City (text)
State (dropdown)
Zip (text)
County (text, optional)
Is Property within 1000 ft of saltwater (Y or N)
ISO Construction (6 choice dropdown)
Construction Description (text)
# of Stories (number)
Original Year Built (number)
Real Property Value (number)
Other Value (number)
BI/Rental Income (number)
Occupancy (text)
# of Units (number)
Square Footage (number)
Percent Sprinklered (number)
ISO Protection Class (10 choice dropdown)

The form's second page would be repeated for as many # of buildings was entered on page one. Typically the user would enter just one building, but may need to enter up to 10. There would include an option to copy previous building, that would copy all of the information from the previous building, but still allow the user to edit the data if needed.

Once all data was entered the user would submit the information and it would be sent to an email address.
