Project Description

Hello. I need an iPhone app written that does the following:

Note: Variables (VX) should be remotely definable by Admin (maybe a preferences file on the SQL server?)

1) When opened, the App should show the name (VUserName) and unique ID (VID) of the user at the very top, two green buttons in the top two thirds of the screen and one banner space in the bottom third.

Button 1 should be larger than the other one and contain text "VGB1".
Button 2 should contain text "VGB2".

The banner space (VBanner1) should call an image with clickable link from the Admin preferences file, or be blank if not found/absent.

2a) If the user presses the top button, an option list should appear with option items called the Admin preferences (VOptions1). The system records the current date and time (VStartDT) and current GPS location (VStartGPS)

After the user chooses an option, the options list should disappear and both green buttons should turn red and contain the text "VRB1" and "VRB2"

2b) If the user presses the second, smaller green button, the same options list appears (VOption1) but after the user chooses an option, a second box appears prompting the user to choose a date and time from a calendar (VStartDT). A third box appears asking the user to type in an optional location (VStartLocation) - an alpha string. After choosing an option from the first box, a date and time from the second, and optionally manually entering a location, the pop-ups disappear and both green buttons should turn red and contain the text "VRB1" and "VRB2"

When both buttons are red.

3a) If the user presses the top red button, the system records the current date and time (VEndDT) and current location (VEndGPS) and the app returns to the initial screen (with two green buttons).

3b) If the user presses the second red button, the a calendar option appears prompting the user to choose a date and time (VEndDT) followed by an Optional Location text box (VEndLocation). The app then returns to the initial screen (with two green buttons).

The data that needs to be retrieved upon opening is:

VUserName - the name that is attached to the unique ID (VID) in the SQL database
VOption1 - List of options set by Admin to appear in list 1
VBanner1 - the location of the Banner Image and its URL link

The data that should be sent to an SQL database each time a red button is pressed is:

VStartDT - the start date and time
VStartLocation - the location manually entered when a green button was entered (if entered)
VStartGPS - the GPS coordinates when a green button was pressed
VOption1 - the Option chosen by the user after pressing a Green button
VEndDT - the end date and time
VEndLocation - the location manually entered when a red button was entered (if entered)
VEndGPS - the GPS coordinates when a red button was pressed

There could be up to 30,000 unique ID's and each user could create a new record once per week.

It needs to be a very simple interface. Clarity is more important than appearance.

Thank you.
