Project Description

I have SQL data I want to insert into a database then analyse and display in a webpage

I would prefer to set up a relationship before sending over the full spec.

The first problem to fix is as follows:
I have an mySQL table listing prices and status' of properties advertised for sale
The price can go up and down, the status can change too.
I have a collection_date field, the records are generally added once per day.

I want to create a report or table summarising the changes in status and price (remembering that the price could be the same on two or more different dates - It's important that the result is a summary of each change in status)
e.g.

06/09/2013 09:02, XX123, 650000, SOLD

Result:

06/09/2013 09:02, XX123, 650000, SOLD

NOTE: the date is the date of the change. I don't know whether it's best to show the first record or to have a from and to datetime ?

Further Background:
I've kept the example pretty simple. I'll explain the full detail if we decide to do the whole project together.
