Simple Windows Phone 7.x App - Less then a days work.

I need a basic framework for a Windows phone 7.x application so I can continue to edit the source and style. The application has already been created for Android. Took me a few days and I was new to Android, should take an experienced Windows phone developer less then a day/few hours. 3 screens: Main - Picture, title, list of tests. Questions - Question for test, sliding vertical bar (similar to Android) to change the score, on the panel to the right, click panel to next question. Swipe left and right to go back and forth between questions. Score from 0, 1, 1.5....9.5, 10. Score - Show the total score for all answered questions (plus some hidden weighted questions). Button to go back and edit score. Simple project easy money.
