Project Description

We are running a DotNetNuke website and want a .NET application which will be installed in a separate folder. We do NOT want a DNN module.

So when the link is clicked the user will be directed to the .NET application page, we would like to have DNN control menu (header and footer) but not absolutely necessary.

Overview
Need to connect to an external MSSQL DB for pulling information ( no information will be written to this external DB) – we expect provider to determine if we need to duplicate external DB on our servers or only use external DB only, we expect a level of security and connection string.

The external DB will contain employee data (18-25 fields)

Search criteria (4-6) text search
Search criteria (1-3) drop down search
Search by star rating

Brief search results page with (A-Z) heading sorting and pagination

Each search result (candidate) will open in a separate page that would list full candidate details, with the ability to
• Rate candidate (1 – 5 stars) – similar to amazon star rating
• Comment text box (per candidate)
• Contact form for each candidate (once email address is provided by candidate)

All comments and ratings are queued for administrator approval, before posting to candidate page - hence there will be an Administrator backend that will approve/decline comments and ratings

Email notification to admin when a user enters a rating or comment

Email notification to candidate wen rating or comment is approved

Reporting – All comments/ratings can be downloaded for redundancy.
