Project Description

I am trying to create a web application that aimed to collect data about game character ranks. We have approximately 100 characters in the character pool. Each character will have a ratio versus another character in 10 points scale, e.g. we have A, B , C , D , E characters let's say. The user may give 3:7 for A-B, 6:4 for C-E, 5:5 for B-D. The template is like that: Firstly, there are 3 questions, and 15 character rank assessments. The questions with a,b,c,d,e options are randomly picked from question pool. If the all 3 questions are true, the assessments will be considered. If at least 1 is wrong, the assessments won't be considered. The 15-15 character assessments are picked randomly from 100 characters pool. For each entrance to website, the 15-15 characters must change according to which assessments are done at minimum number. The assessments (3:7, 5:5, 9:1 etc.) will be put into the assessments table and the average points in the table will be updated after each assessment. Finally, the website view must be good. Not just the white screen and texts. So, please consider the website view and the arrangements also. The website includes 3 questions and options. 15 assessments below. Each assessment have 2 images for characters, have character names(link of the characters when we click on name), have skills of each character as an image, and 2 ranking components from 0 to 10. , radio buttons or something else for rating. I wrote C# because maybe I can edit the source code later. Also, Java and JSF could be done instead. Note that: This website will be just a data collection site, so there is no commercial purpose on the website itself, and the website view should be good but not that professional. Because the website will be a data collection website, that will not survive much longer. And I also discarded Excel report part. Lastly, we won't consider the offers greater than $150.
