We have a current OsCommerce and easy populate version installation.

A)[url removed, login to view] require Tax setup in the shopping cart to calculate the tax for items shipping from Ontario, Quebec or BC to any province in canada or no tax for shipments to the USA. we will provide a 3 X 13 Grid of the possible rates.

We can upload via easy populate a "ship from province" field for each individual item.
can use the tax field in easy populate for this? or what would be the most cost efficient way of doing this?
The Customer will provide the ship to address.

We will require detailed instructions on how to change the tax % in the future for any of the taxes.

2. we are linking to oscommerce cart only from another html site. please look at the attachment. we would like the oscommerce cart to look similar to the parent site.

[url removed, login to view] links within oscommerce created in step 2 should link to the parent site. we can provide the template used to create the parent site (left and top borders).

4. The continue shopping button should link to the index page on the parent site.

B) We require a shipping calculator for the Oscommerce cart with both fixed price and variable price options.
Shipping will depend on the type of product , where it ships from and the customer address it ships to.
We use Canadapost (expresspost and expeditedpost), Fedex and Purolator.
Certain products can only ship with certain carriers.
We will provide a grid for shipping options aprox 3 X 5 X 12.
